WARRANTY TERMS

During the warranty period, if the bicycle breaks down under normal use, you can ask the BROSS dealer for comprehensive after-sales service with in the scope of this manual. From the date of purchase, the free warranty period for each part is as follows:

• Frame - 5 years free warranty provided under the premise of non-man-made damage;

• Front & Rear Derailleur –1 year free warranty provided under the premise of non-man-made damage;

• Others Parts: Shock absorber front fork, Rim, Saddle, Shifter, Brake Caliper, Cassette and etc. – 1 year free warranty provided under the premise of non-man-made damage;

• Wearable parts and parts that are not listed above, such as tube and tires, chains, brake pad, brake cable, shifter cable, shifter cover, bar-tape and etc.

During the warranty period, BROSS does not covered and apply the warranty if the damage is caused by the following circumstances, but BROSS dealers can provide paid repair services.

• Wrong installation or improper use that does not strictly follow the provisions of this manual; (such as carrying people and things beyond the regulations)

• Failure to perform proper maintenance in accordance with this manual;

• Beyond the scope of application of this bicycle; (such as using a road bike for mountain cross-country)

• Natural disasters and other uncontrollable situations;

• Problems with parts repaired by non-BROSS dealers ;

• Problems after modification or changing of the original factory configuration, replacement of parts from other companies/brands;

• Failure to replace consumable parts in time and cause damage to other parts.
